In order to access the database, we will require: 

1. Documentation that you have received IRB approval to use this database. 

2. A description of your study aims and sample size goals.

3. An agreement that all research generated using this database will be published in freely available public peer-reviewed journals so that the public, media, and scientists all over the world can benefit from your findings. 

4. An agreement that all final research participants will be mailed a paper copy of the final research article and findings.
